Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Training sessions are held at Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Training Studio “Women’s only Private Studio”.  There are eight 6-week Real Women Lift Personal Fitness Training Sessions throughout the year with limited time slots.  Since time slots are limited, pre-registration a MUST.
